This is our first Persian cooking class.
4 hours in a small group with our Iranian teacher to learn a few tricks and taste some specialities.
Romina was born in Iran, in a smaller city close to Teheran. After moving to Turkey she migrated to Toowomba where she has been living for 10 months. Romina speaks Farsi, Turkish and English. She will start teaching Farsi with Bonjour Toowoomba next term.
During this cooking class, we will make:
-Lubia Polo, that will be served with a salad
-Safran ice-cream with pistachhio and rose water
-Qottab, a traditional walnut and almond crescent
At the end of the session we will share a meal with drinks.
All ingredients supplied, recipes, paper and pen, drinks and food as well.
Please wear comfortable shoes.
We are not equiped to handle food intolerances and allergies.
