About The Event

This is our first French learn, taste and cook lunch. 

Gather your friends and come learn about French food and recipes with Gwendoline Perret around café, thé and pastries for morning tea, before cooking a few recipes under the direction of Gwendline helped by our French teachers. Once we are ready to eat, we will dress a beautiful table and share an autumn themed party lunch with matching apéritif, champagnes and wines. 

To give us a sense of home amd comfort, we have decided to organise this workshop at "A Touch of Paris" short term accommodation.

-5 course tasting lunch with matching drinks

5 course tatsing menu: the menu will be created around a French autumn theme. Think butternut, chestnut, figs, duck, monkfish, red wine jus, apples, chocolate, pears, walnuts, gingerbread - a flavoursome combination on the softness of autumn with reminders of the brightness past summer and bitterness of the coming winter.
